Five-Day Evaluation Window: You have five days from the date of purchase to assess whether the program is the right fit for your current development focus. Use this time to review the program structure, read through the module overview, and evaluate the depth and approach against what you’re looking for. This window exists for genuine evaluation, not for completing the program before requesting a return.
Usage-Based Eligibility: Once you have accessed more than 30% of a program’s content, the program is considered in active use and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of completion status or time since purchase. There are no partial refunds for partially completed programs.
